Role Overview

The Sr. Accountant / Manager Finance will taker care of overall day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and have proved themselves in the field and have a zeal to grow and learn faster and is a team player.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions (journal entries, invoices, receipts, and paym

ens).

Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor / supplier accounts.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

Assist in preparation of tax returns, TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Provide administrative and accounting support to senior accountants and finance managers.

Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Qualifictions & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, o related field.

5-10 years of relevant experience with proven track of book finalisation, coordinating with auditors, statutory authorities is mandatory.

Complete knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial regulations, TDS rates.

Proficiency in use of MS Excel, Tally ERP is a must.

Strong analytical,numerical, and prolem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.

Freshers may also apply for junior accountant / Internship roles.

Growth Path

With experience and proven performance, the Sr Accountant / Manager Finance can progress to roles such as Sr Manager / DGM / GM finance i.e. managerial / supervisoral finance positions.

Compensation

The CTC for this opening would be in the range of 4-6.5 Lakhs
