    Key Responsibilities :

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and client interviewers.
    • Be present during interviews to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
    • Communicate clearly with candidates regarding interview logistics, updates, and feedback.
    • Partner with the client's HR and recruitment team to align on schedules and hiring processes.
    • Track interview progress, maintain accurate records, and follow up proactively.
    • Efficiently handle rescheduling, last-minute changes, and feedback collection.
    • Requirements :

    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive approach in client and candidate interactions.
    • Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
    • Familiarity with calendar tools and video meeting platforms.
    • This position primarily focuses on streamlining interview processes, guaranteeing uninterrupted communication between candidates and client-side teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have prior experience in recruitment coordination, and maintain a professional workspace while working remotely.
