• 4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise application and database support.
• Skilled in Markit EDM, ETL, incident management, monitoring, and change management.
• Proficient with ServiceNow, SQL.
• Provide guidance on configuration and customization of the Markit EDM thick Client.
• Analyse complex data sets to uncover trends and inform business strategies, handled incident tickets related to data requests on Markit EDM via Service now.
• Expert at resolving P1 / P2 incidents under SLA.
• Primary skillset : Markit EDM, ETL and SQL
