We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Lead to scale our mission across India.
Role Overview :
As the Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for owning and managing the end-to-end sales process driven through tele-calling. This includes monitoring daily activity, refining the pitch based on farmer feedback, tracking performance, and coaching your team to convert leads effectively. The role requires strong execution, analytical thinking, and people leadership, combined with an understanding of rural or agri-driven customer behavior.
