We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, engage job seekers, and support recruitment marketing efforts. You will manage our social platforms, create compelling content, and help attract both talent and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategies across , Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and job postings.
- Collaborate with recruiters to promote vacancies and employer branding content.
- Monitor trends, manage community engagement, and respond to messages / comments.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Post job vacancies on websites and closely work with recruitment teams
