Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience in building scalable microservices and event-driven applications using Java 8 / 11+, Spring Boot, and modern integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to cloud, CI / CD pipelines, and message-driven architecture, with proven expertise in mentoring teams and delivering high-quality, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and APIs using Spring Boot, REST, and SOAP.
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ.
• Ensure code quality through JUnit testing, peer reviews, and code optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies.
• Manage deployment using CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity, or Octopus).
• Work with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS for application hosting and scalability.
• Utilize version control systems (Git / Bitbucket) and build tools (Maven / Gradle).
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and production bugs across distributed systems.
• Maintain understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Domain Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
