Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis & Reporting :

  • Prepare & present financial reports, highlight key performance indicators & variances
  • Prepare segment P&L and SKU level profitability analysis
  • Collaborate with market leads to analyze revenue and gross margin trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support analysis

Template & Report Management :

  • Lead the markets in populating financial templates and reporting asks
  • Ensure that financial reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Co-ordinating with market leads and holding them accountable for their submissions
  • Ensuring the market leads understand the corporate ask

    • Continuous Improvement :

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities
  • Stay updated on industry best practices & trends to drive innovation in the finance function

    • Operational Support :

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand opex drivers and go-forward expectations

    • Accounting Manager Requirements :

  • Experience in working with a MNC in corporate BP&A or FP&A role
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
  • Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with Global team members
  • Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
