Job Title : Data Architect

Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team) :

• Assess and analyze source and target systems for migration readiness
• Define data migration strategy, scope, and approach
• Design end-to-end data migration architecture and workflows
• Identify and map data between legacy and target systems
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity during migration
• Create and execute data validation and reconciliation plans
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
• Manage migration tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory)
• Plan and execute data migration testing (unit, system, UAT)
• Monitor and troubleshoot migration issues and performance bottlenecks
• Document migration processes, mappings, and configurations
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
• Support cutover planning and execution during go-live
• Provide post-migration support and issue resolution
