BIW industry and more than 25 years in robotics and automation, we have established
ourselves as a trusted partner to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across BIW and automotive
manufacturing. To further support out numerous OEM car manufacturing customers in Pune Chakan, we are seeking sales professionals who share our vision of accelerating the adoption of robotics and automation in India and unlocking the industry's and our country's full potential.
Job Description - Sales Team Manager (Pune)
- Proficient in drafting corporate sales memos, emails, and presentations to send sales emails
- Fluent in professional written and verbal communication to effectively engage with OEMs and foreign suppliers.
- Knowledge of BIW automation products preferred
- Visit OEMs in Chakan with engineers to deliver presentations, demos, and discussions
- OEM Customer Account Management – develop relationships with key purchase departments and shop-floor engineers of major car manufacturers.
- Plan and coordinate with OEMs pan-India (primarily in Pune) and with the internal technical team to schedule and attend product demo visits, sales presentations, and
- Coordinate supplier visits to OEMs by securing demo and factory visits, preparing comprehensive sales information in advance, and ensuring timely and effective follow-ups afterwards.
- Lead regular visits to OEM factories , deliver presentations, and guide discussions and negotiations, while also overseeing product trials with engineers
- Deliver persuasive product presentations that emphasize key advantages.
- Facilitate RFQs and exchange of technical information between OEMs and the internal team
- Support post-sales activities with the operations and service teams, including exhibition planning
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Hindi.Must be based in Pune , with a willingness to work in an in-person role.Education : Bachelor's degree required, in Engineering preferred but not requiredExperience : 3–4 years of progressive experience in comparable responsibilities preferredPrior experience in BIW , automation, and / or the robotics industry is strongly preferred.Prior knowledge of BIW automation product range, like robot dresspacks, ATC, captips, ultrasonic non-destructive testing devicesProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT will be considered an advantage.Strong persuasion, sales skills, and interpersonal skillsAdditional Skills / Keywords We Value
