Now, we’re looking for a

Video Editor & Creative Lead

someone who doesn’t just edit videos, but shapes the

voice, rhythm, and storytelling style

of our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. YouTube & Long-Form Content

Edit and produce

high-quality long-format videos per week

(educational and storytelling-based).

Integrate B-rolls, text overlays, and motion graphics to elevate engagement.

Maintain Synva’s visual tone — clear, modern, emotionally intelligent.

2. Reels & Shorts Creation

Create

high-impact Reels / Shorts

per month.

Repurpose long-form content into short-form highlights for Instagram, YouTube & Facebook.

Experiment with trends, transitions, and pacing to maximize reach and relatability.

3. Podcast Production

Edit

full-length podcast episodes

monthly (video + audio).

Identify and extract powerful moments to create reels, teasers, and promotional clips.

Collaborate during shoots to ensure multi-camera setup and top-notch sound quality.

4. Creative Direction & Ideation

Lead brainstorming sessions with the founder and creative team for new content ideas.

Conceptualize

story-driven brand videos , emotional testimonials, and campaign visuals.

Develop creative briefs, visual references, and storytelling structures for each project.

Stay updated with video trends in the creator, startup, and healthcare space.

5. Digital Brand Ownership

Take charge of Synva’s

digital creative ecosystem

  • from YouTube to Instagram.

Plan monthly organic content calendars and collaborate on campaign launches.

Track video performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics to guide creative decisions.

Maintain consistency in tone, typography, and visual identity across all outputs.

6. On-Ground Production Support

Assist during shoots - camera setup, lighting, framing, and audio checks.

Ensure that every frame represents Synva’s high creative standards.

Tools & Skills You’ll Need

Must Be Proficient In :

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects (motion graphics & animation)

Adobe Audition or similar sound tools

Photoshop (basic design / layout support)

Good To Have :

Experience with sound design or music syncing

Knowledge of color grading and LUTs

Familiarity with social media analytics tools

Understanding of healthcare or tech storytelling (bonus)
