Overview

Opvia.in is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5-7 years of experience in social media design and management. The role involves creating visually engaging digital content, managing design schedules, and working closely with multiple clients across different industries to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design high-quality creatives, carousels, stories, ads, and reels for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Lead and guide a small design team, providing creative direction, feedback, and support.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to plan and execute cohesive campaign visuals.
Work directly with clients to translate their brand identity and goals into visual strategies.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all platforms.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos for enhanced social engagement.
Manage design schedules, deliverables, and timelines across multiple client accounts.
Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later for post scheduling and management.
Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital asset library.
Stay current with social media trends, design innovations, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

5–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or digital marketing agencies.

A strong portfolio showcasing advanced, versatile social media campaigns and brand designs.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva or Figma.

Strong understanding of brand storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.

Experience working with multiple brands or industries simultaneously.

Knowledge of social media algorithms, ad formats, and engagement-driven design principles.

Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries.

Advanced motion graphics and video editing capabilities.

Understanding of social media analytics and performance-driven design.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI).

Knowledge of UX / UI principles for landing pages or marketing sites is a plus.
