Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Akola. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective applicants through the admissions process by providing accurate and timely information. Responsibilities include assessing student needs, providing detailed program information, assisting with enrollment documentation, addressing inquiries, and achieving enrollment goals. The Counselor will work closely with students and their families to ensure a smooth and informed admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to engage with potential applicants and their families effectively
• Experience or knowledge in Education and admissions processes
• Competence in building relationships and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve enrollment goals
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Experience in counseling or admissions is a plus
