About the Role : We are looking for a
full-stack Growth Leader
who owns
topline revenue
and can scale our GTM motion end-to-end. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role for someone who understands our product deeply, builds a predictable growth engine, and leads marketing + sales + revenue operations as a single integrated engine.
The ideal candidate is an
engineer-turned-marketer , is highly analytical, and has a proven record of
scaling revenue in the US / UK markets for a SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) company .
This leader will build processes, run weekly cadences, drive pipeline generation, manage the team, and ensure consistent movement from
lead → opportunity → closure .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Own Topline Growth
Directly responsible for
revenue growth , pipeline creation, and conversion across US / UK markets.
Define, execute, and continuously optimize the full GTM strategy.
Build predictable, repeatable growth engines.
2. Full-Stack Marketing Ownership
Lead all marketing efforts (digital, social, content, LinkedIn, performance, outreach, partnerships).
Run end-to-end campaigns from ideation → execution → reporting → scaling.
Identify and activate the right growth channels across multiple funnels.
Build narrative, messaging, and positioning in alignment with product and market.
3. Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
Manage and scale the sales team; oversee pipeline health, cadences, forecasting, and closures.
Conduct weekly structured growth meetings (KPIs, experiments, performance, forecasts).
Ensure tight alignment between marketing → SDR → sales → customer onboarding.
4. Process Building & Operational Excellence
Create and run structured GTM processes and growth systems.
Build dashboards, metrics, and measurement frameworks.
Set up experimentation loops : hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
Build a data- and logic-driven operating rhythm.
5. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
Develop a deep understanding of our product and competitive landscape.
Bring insights from the market, customers, and lost deals directly to product and leadership.
Influence product roadmap with real revenue-centred feedback.
6. Leadership & Team Management
Hire, mentor, and lead the growth, marketing, and sales teams.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and pace.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, content, and business heads.
Mandatory Requirements :
Candidate will be rejected if these are not met :
Proven, measurable revenue growth
achieved in
US / UK markets .
Experience in a
SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG)
organization.
Additional Requirements :
6–12 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, revenue, or GTM roles.
Has worked in a
high-growth startup
(pre-scale to scale stage).
Engineering background strongly preferred.
Deeply analytical with the ability to interpret data and build data-led funnels.
Independently thinks, brings structure, and executes without hand-holding.
Strong business acumen and logical, process-oriented thinking.
Ability to craft GTM plans, run growth experiments, and scale what works.
Proven experience managing end-to-end funnel :
lead generation → nurturing → closure → revenue .
Experience with LinkedIn marketing, social media channels, outbound systems, and growth tools.
Strong storytelling, clarity of thought, and communication skills.
