ABOUT THE ROLE :

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager with management and operation knowledge for existing and upcoming restaurants.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Area Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading / guiding and coaching the team to meet customer expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organization.

Mandatory Requirements :

• QSR Experience is mandatory
• Minimum 6years of work experience
• Dedicated and focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
