Job Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
• Design creative assets for digital (Meta, Google, YouTube) and print media (packaging, brochures, POSM, branding).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams to translate briefs into effective visual stories.
• Lead and guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality output across projects.
• Maintain design consistency across all marketing platforms and communication channels.
• Work with photographers, videographers, and agencies for shoot coordination and content direction.
• Manage creative timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
