Lead Full Stack Engineer - Node.js / TypeScript

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue.js (or React / Angular), and Node.js.
• Architect and implement multi-tier web application solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to define and deliver high-impact features.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and DevOps automation.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimizations.
• Drive continuous improvement through Agile / Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
