Education CA / MBA / CFA or equivalent from reputed institute
Experience
- 8-11 yrs of post qualification experience preferably in business, credit function of Bank / NBFC. Must have - Hands-on experience on Project Finance.
Job Description
Internal rating validation for corporate, SME, business banking, NBFC, MFI, broker, bank clients across the bank. Key activities include o Detailed review and understanding of credit (industry, business, financials, management), credit ratings o Preparation of rating rationale along with rationale for any changes in risk scores o Review deviations to the credit policy of the Bank o Recommendations / comments on all proposals placed to Board level credit committee with respect to policy compliance / portfolio risk / industry prospects etc o Approve judgemental rating action proposed as per delegation matrix o Decision making along with the stakeholders (Credit / Business) o Effective interaction with business / credit groups across Large Corporates / Emerging Local Corporates / NBFC / Brokers / MFI / Projects / Small, Micro Enterprises / Business Banking o Effective resolution of internal audit / external audit / RBI queriesReview and recommend on classification of Borrowers under Financial DifficultyPeriodic review and updation of industry risk scores including addition of new industries as deemed appropriate.Track latest industry developments by participation in seminars, conferences and client site visits, interactions with clients, rating agencies, industry database providers,Benchmarking of companies within sectorsDefine and facilitate the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the division.Nurture talent within the team by providing guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of the defined goals.Develop and nurture a continuous talent pipeline for key roles in the division and provides mentoring for high potential talent in the organizationEnsure adherence to process and ability to work within pre-decided TATSkill Sets
