Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Swimming Coach to join our team in Mumbai. The coach will be responsible for providing professional swimming lessons, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for participants. Responsibilities include planning and conducting swim lessons tailored to varying skill levels, monitoring swimmer progress, offering constructive feedback, and promoting water safety. Close collaboration with program staff and maintaining the core principles of the Michael Phelps Swimming program is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and experience in Swim Instruction and conducting Swim Lessons
• Skills and expertise in Swimming techniques and coaching practices
• Experience in Lifeguarding and knowledge of Aquatics safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with participants across different age and skill levels
• Qualified lifeguard certification and CPR / First Aid training are preferred
