This internship is designed for MBA students from premium B schools looking to gain hands-on experience in market reserach, B2B sales, client acquisition, and go-to-market execution in APAC dynamic market environment.

Role Overview :

As a Growth Intern (GTM) , you’ll work closely with our business development and partnerships teams to identify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients. You’ll gain end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, research, and qualify potential leads across targeted industries or geographies.
• Assist in sales outreach via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
• Support client calls, demos, and proposals in coordination with the senior sales team.
• Develop and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM platforms (e.G., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
• Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly reports on progress, learnings, and KPIs.
