Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes
- Document data models, mappings, and migration procedures
System Integration
Configure integrations between Workday and third-party applicationsDevelop integration specifications and technical designsTroubleshoot integration issues and implement solutionsMonitor integration performance and implement optimizationsTechnical Configuration & Development
Design and implement Snowflake data models optimized for HR analyticsCreate and maintain Snowflake objects (tables, views, stored procedures)Develop SQL transformations within Snowflake for reporting requirementsConfigure Workday modules according to design specificationsBuild and maintain business processes, security configurations, and reportsDevelop custom calculations, rules, and business logicCreate and maintain configuration workbooks and technical documentationParticipate in system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testingReporting & Analytics
Develop reporting solutions using Snowflake as the data sourceCreate data visualization dashboards connected to SnowflakeBuild self-service reporting capabilities for HR and business usersDesign and implement metrics and KPIs for HR analyticsSupport data analysis needs throughout the implementation lifecycleRequired Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday / Greenhouse data conversion, integration, or reportingExperience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platformsExperience with architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architecturesStrong SQL skills and experience with data transformation toolsExperience with ETL processes and data validation techniquesUnderstanding of HR data structures and relationshipsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of programming languages (Python etc.)Experience with data visualization toolsUnderstanding of API integration patterns and technologiesExperience with agile development methodologies
