QA Engineer

Role Summary : Responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control in real estate construction projects, maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and safety codes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement QA / QC plans, procedures, and checklists.
• Conduct inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, finishing works, etc.).
• Identify non-conformities and manage NCRs with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on quality issues.
• Maintain QA / QC documentation, test reports, and inspection records.
• Train site teams on quality standards and procedures.
