Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Critical Care Technician, located in Asansol. The Critical Care Technician will assist in the care of critically ill patients by monitoring vital signs, preparing necessary medical equipment, and supporting healthcare providers during emergency and routine procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining patient documentation, ensuring proper functioning of life-support systems, and providing bedside support to the medical team as required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of patient monitoring systems, ventilators, and other critical care equipment
• Skills in patient monitoring, emergency response, and assisting physicians with procedures
• Proficiency in medical record documentation and data accuracy
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Formal training in critical care technology or a related field, with a diploma or certification
• Prior experience in a hospital or intensive care setting is highly preferred
• Commitment to patient safety, compassionate care, and ethical medical practices
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
