Role & responsibilities
- To develop and implement services, strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting service standards, identifying customer needs and developing service plans.
- Track breakdown calls, manage preventive maintenance and ensure equipment calibration
- Responsible for adding new equipment to the scope for adding revenue.
- Ensure quality in service, PM, Asset mapping and documentation.
- Responsible for managing a team of service technicians, which includes setting performance, targets, providing training and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- To ensure that their division is complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Developing and implementing action plan for penalty reduction.
- To ensure that their team delivers high quality service to customers, including maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical equipment.
- To manage the service budget for their area, which includes forecasting revenue, managing expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Monitor the customer satisfaction
- Attend customer meeting and mentoring to the team of district in charge / District Managers to make action plan in advance.
- Enhance technical capabilities on regular basis.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & to maintain healthy liaising with Hospital, Authorities & various other clients.
