CGH Earth - Senior Manager - Marketing

Responsibilities :

• Marketing Execution & Campaign Management : Execute and manage integrated marketing and promotional campaigns across digital, print, social media, PR, and partner networks to achieve targets for occupancy and brand visibility.
• Brand Stewardship : Ensure the CGH Earth brand integrity and consistent messaging is maintained across all internal and external.
• Digital & Performance Marketing : Oversee the management of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media (performance marketing), and email marketing, focusing on optimizing direct bookings and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Content & Social Strategy : Develop and manage the content calendar and social media strategy, ensuring engaging and relevant content that reflects the brand's sustainable and experiential ethos.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and manage a small team or group of specialists / executives, providing day-to-day direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
• Cross-functional Support : Act as the primary liaison with operations, sales, and reservations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Budget Oversight & Reporting : Track marketing spend against the allocated budget for campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide regular, data-driven reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
• Partnerships & Collaborations : Manage relationships with key external vendors, media partners, and local influencers to amplify brand reach and reputation.
• Market Insights : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform campaign optimization and identify niche opportunities.
