We’re looking for an experienced SAP FICO Practice Director to lead our Finance & Controlling practice and drive end-to-end digital finance transformation using SAP S / 4HANA.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FICO, including multiple full-cycle implementations and at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and Controlling processes.
• Strong understanding of financial transformation, business process design, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, CO).
• Experience in practice building, delivery governance, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated success in presales, client engagement, and solution strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business units, influence decisions, and drive enterprise-wide SAP strategies.
