SAP Business One Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business One Expert to join our dynamic team. As an SAP Business One Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with the global organization and providing expert guidance and support in implementing and optimizing business processes within the SAP Business One ERP system.

Responsibilities :

• Implement SAP Business One modules : Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Business One modules, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s requirements and industry best practices.
• Process analysis : Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that leverage the capabilities of SAP Business One.
• System configuration and customization : Configure and customize SAP Business One modules to meet specific business requirements, including chart of accounts setup, reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and taxation.
• Training and support : Provide end-user training on SAP Business One functionalities, ensuring users have a thorough understanding of the system and can effectively perform their tasks.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any system-related issues.
• Integration and data migration : Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP Business One modules with other systems or applications. Oversee data migration processes to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data into the new system.
• Reporting and analysis : Develop and design comprehensive reports using SAP Business One's reporting tools. Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Compliance and regulatory adherence : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls through the implementation of appropriate processes and system configurations.
• Documentation and documentation maintenance : Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements made to the SAP Business One modules.
