Trainee - Counsellor (Pre Sales)

Role : Trainee - Counselor

Traineeship Duration : 6 months

Work - Mode : Hybrid

Shift Timings : 12pm - 9pm

Stipend : Rs.15000 / Month

Responsibilities :

Engage with parents and students to counsel them about academic offerings and curriculum support.

Handle outbound and inbound calling to provide guidance and resolve inquiries.

Support student onboarding for the Curious Junior learning modules.

Collaborate with the academic and curriculum teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Build trust and maintain professional communication to enhance student / parent satisfaction.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preference will be given to candidates from Management or related academic backgrounds .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Work Location & Reporting :

Initial 3 months reporting will be at the Noida office for training, performance evaluation, and probation.

Based on performance and successful completion of probation, work-from-home flexibility may be provided.
