Technical Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in distributed systems , microservices architecture , and Kubernetes .

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, cloud-native platforms and driving engineering excellence through AI-assisted development . You will lead a team of engineers, influence architectural direction, and play a pivotal role in accelerating software delivery using cutting-edge tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures running on Kubernetes (EKS or AKS).

Build and optimize large-scale distributed computing systems , ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices in distributed systems and cloud-native development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems in production.

Strong background in microservices architecture , API design , and event-driven systems .

Proven experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts — messaging, fault tolerance, consensus, consistency .

Proficiency in at least two core programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js ).

Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) for code generation, static analysis, and automation.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and security best practices .

Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
