Brainstorming, planning and execution of on-ground and experiential events.Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all event details, including venue selection, food & beverage curation, artist curation, and experiential workshops.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and manage the event’s budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.Design event layouts and floor plans, ensuring all elements meet safety regulations and maximize attendee experience.Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement.Negotiate contracts with venues, suppliers, and talent, ensuring favorable terms for the eventManage the event team, assigning tasks, and ensuring all staff are fully trained and briefed on their responsibilities.Coordinate with marketing, design and content teams for event execution.Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future events.Develop a strong understanding of the Homegrown voice and aesthetic for effective brand and company alignments.Requirements :
Background in lifestyle experiential events is requiredHands-on event planning and management experienceExpertise must extend to areas such as vendor coordination, budget management, and team leadershipExperience evaluating space, accessibility, and ambiance to match the event’s theme and objectives.Attention to logistical details and the foresight to meet the needs of the event and its attendees, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.Careful expense forecasting, vendor negotiations, and fund reallocation to manage unexpected costs while preserving the event’s quality and profitability.Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems is critical. It involves detailed observation and strategic planning to anticipate and mitigate risks through contingency measures, ensuring the event proceeds smoothly and safely for all involved.
