Location : Madhya Pradesh

Department : Branch Banking

Experience : 1–2 years in field sales (banking / insurance sales preferred)

Requirements

  • Graduation in any field preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Local candidates preferred
  • Must be open to travel (two-wheeler required)

About the Role

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing CASA and liability accounts, and cross-selling third-party products. The role requires strong sales acumen, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive market while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire CASA and liability accounts through field sales, referrals, and market networking
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Achieve branch liability sales targets consistently

  • Promote cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
