Job description

We are looking for a motivated SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and support of SAP EHS modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while leveraging SAP EHS functionalities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EHS modules including Product Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environment Management, Health and Safety Management, and Risk Assessment.
  • Support end-to-end SAP EHS solution delivery by gathering and analyzing business requirements.
  • Configure and customize SAP EHS components according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PM, QM).
  • Assist in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide support for SAP EHS post-go-live issues and perform troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with SAP EHS best practices, new functionalities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support training sessions and provide guidance to end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working with SAP EHS modules.
  • Good understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP EHS configuration and support.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules (MM, PM, QM).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

  • Experience with SAP EHS related tools like SAP EHSM (Environment, Health and Safety Management) .
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to EHS.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as OSHA, REACH, RoHS, etc.
  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and SAP Transport Management.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge for report customization or enhancements.
