Job Summary

SR Paryavaran Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced UF / RO Plant Operator to operate and maintain advanced membrane-based water treatment systems. The role involves daily plant monitoring, process control through SCADA, membrane cleaning (CIP / CEB), and ensuring stable permeate quality standards. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis systems, strong knowledge of water chemistry and instrumentation, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical, chemical, and process issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate UF / RO systems, pre-treatment (MMF / ACF / cartridge filters), and post-treatment units.​
• Perform membrane backwash, CEB, and CIP procedures per manufacturer protocols.​
• Monitor water quality parameters (pH, TDS, turbidity, SDI, conductivity).​
• Maintain plant equipment (pumps, valves, instruments) and respond to alarms.​
• Record operational data in logbooks and SCADA systems.​
• Handle treatment chemicals safely (acids, caustic, antiscalants, biocides).​
