About the Role :

We’re seeking an Accounts Executive to manage vendor payments, taxation, and compliance while ensuring accurate accounting records for a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage vendor payments with correct referencing and record keeping

Post and process daily accounting entries for purchase & sales invoices

Prepare and file Income Tax returns for individuals and businesses

Manage TDS deductions, returns filing, and generate certificates

Ensure GST compliance, assist in audits and assessments

Perform ledger scrutiny, reconcile bank statements, and support final accounts preparation

Requirements :

✅ Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce

✅ 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience

✅ Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax laws & compliances

✅ Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel

✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred :

⭐ Experience with tax audits and assessments

⭐ Strong understanding of accounting principles & reporting
