Project Coordinator [Only 24h Left]

OVERVIEW

The position of the Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects.

DESCRIPTION

• Manage the entire life-cycle of localization projects in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project
• Will be responsible for all communication (email and calls) with different departments involved (media, translations, account managers / sales, localization PMs located globally etc.)
• Will be responsible for providing timely updates to the PM / client on deliveries and schedules and work closely with the engineering manager and production manager
• Liaise with different production centers and PMs to clarify project parameters
• Negotiate deadlines and rates (with vendors) with Project managers
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and sales / production PMs globally
• Monitor and control projects status
• Manage project finances, including budgeting
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Comply with relevant and applicable procedures
• Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye…)
• Delivering final deliverables and organizing QA feedback / inputs at all stages of the project
• All other tasks as assigned by a manager
