Studio Manager

Mycityband is seeking an experienced Studio Manager (Dr. Graphic Designer) to lead and manage a creative team of 5–10 designers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in design tools, have leadership experience, and be capable of ensuring quality creative output while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 5–10 graphic designers.
• Plan, assign, and review creative projects to meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Select, train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high-quality results.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Provide feedback and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand vision.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
