Legal Specialist – Immigration Law (New Delhi Office)

We are now looking for a Legal Specialist (Immigration Law) to join our New Delhi office and provide expert legal support throughout the immigration and citizenship process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide professional legal consultation and support to clients on immigration, residency, and citizenship matters.
• Handle legal issues related to residence permits, second citizenship, and investment immigration.
• Collect, review, and prepare all required client documentation in compliance with immigration law.
• Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external legal documents.
• Monitor changes in immigration and investment legislation to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with international colleagues and external legal partners to ensure smooth case handling.
• Represent company interests in communication with authorities and legal institutions, if required.
