- Supervision of installation as per approved drawings
- Ensure cable / conduit route, device, panel locations are as per approved drawings. Drawing revision number should be final revision.
- Supervision of quality work
- Ensure the laying of cables / conduits and installation of devices are as per quality standards during execution itself. Coordinate with Quality team for regular audits
System knowledge
Hands on experience with Installation, testing Commissioning of CCTV, Access, BMS, Fire alarm Systems.Certifications for Commissioning of Security and Fire detections systems.Project Management
Hands on experience in Project Management, Vendor Management for Fitout, Global Customer, Key accounts, Pharma Healthcare industriesCoordination with customer, PMC, consultant, TP servicesCoordinate for site clearance. Highlight the dependencies in site meetings and follow-up for clearances. Call for daily standup coordination short meetings with PMC, Customer if dependencies are not cleared after repeated follow-upsSubcon management at siteEnsure Subcon productivity and manpower requirement at site is in line with project schedule. Highlight timely to PM / AOM for any increase in manpower to ensure timeline is met. Escalate to next level (ROM / RGM / NOM)if request is not addressed.Preparation of daily weekly project progress reportMandatorily WPR report to be sent to customer / PMC every week clearly highlighting project progress for last week and plan for next week. Highlight site dependencies very clearly and if possible, on email body. If project specific - DPR to be prepared and sent daily.Preparation of material delivery trackerWork with Project manager for material delivery dates from purchase and update the tracker. Be part of site meetings, Raise the alerts for dependencies or clearance which may impact our project deliveries. Escalate to next level of PMC / customer if dependencies are not getting clearedCoordination with cross functional team like design , SCM,LD, Quality financeCoordinate with internal stake holders to ensure project deliveries are met. Highlight to next level in organization if any support required to ensure project timelines are not hampered.Testing, commissioning, and handing overRecommissioning check to be done before TC. Seek for any technical or resource support to PM in advance. Start preparing OM, As built, manual during Pre-commissioning stage only.Skills Required
