Industrial Relations Leader

We are currently looking to hire a dynamic Industrial Relations (IR) Head for a reputed manufacturing company located in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 18–20 years of experience exclusively within the manufacturing sector, with significant exposure to all IR matters and a core HR background.

Key requirements for this role include :

• Accomplishment in handling labor unions.
• Strong understanding of labor laws.
• Significant exposure to statutory documents related to PF, ESI, and other mandatory licenses required to operate a factory.
• Experience in managing union issues across different states.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with various industrial and governmental agencies.
