Role Overview :
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall branch operations, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership to manage and develop the branch team while focusing on business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA) :
- Manage daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the branch team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch business goals.
- Monitor and manage the branch budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and the community to enhance Tyger Capitals brand presence.
- Analyze market trends and competition in the Theni region to identify new business opportunities.
- Resolve customer grievances effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, credit quality, and customer feedback.
- Drive collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Skillsets Required :
Proven experience in branch management, preferably in NBFC or financial services.Strong knowledge of financial products, credit appraisal, and lending operations.Proficiency in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.Excellent people management, leadership, and team-building skills.Strong financial acumen and ability to manage branch budgets effectively.Sound understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-centric mindset with the ability to develop lasting relationships.Proficiency in local language(s) and deep understanding of the Theni region market.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Preferred Qualification : Prior experience in NBFCs, Microfinance, or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
