Job Title : Senior Manager - Reporting Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled individual to lead and manage the delivery of reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts with proven experience translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities who can effectively communicate with global stakeholders in finance / professional services environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining reports within Oracle Fusion HCM, as well as collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather reporting needs.

The role also involves ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and offering training and support to end-users.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM / HR modules.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher (BIP), and HCM Extracts, as well as experience working with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
