EYP- Strategy and Execution –Deal Finance – Manager (Digital Finance)

EYP- S&E team services clients with a full range of hands-on, strategy and operations focused support and advice clients across M&A and transformation related interventions, predominantly post-acquisition / divestiture. We cover a wide range of operational aspects, including divestiture advisory services, carve-out readiness and support, synergy assessment and delivery, day-one readiness assessment, 100day planning, integration process support, carve-out / stand-alone costs assessment and risks, and cost reduction.

In addition to these core capabilities, the team is increasingly focused on introducing and building technology-enabled EYP - strategy and execution – Deal Finance team using the EYP mergers and acquisition methodologies.

The opportunity

We are looking for Manager with deep expertise in Finance Transformation and Technology Innovation. This role is ideal for professionals who combines strong finance functional domain knowledge with hands-on experience in digital transformation project including technology strategy and solutioning. e.g. Functional Technology Solution Architecture, Functional Process Automation, Low Code Point Automation, SaaS / ERP set up & implementation and AI solutions.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle of technology-driven transaction initiatives, can independently drive and manage implementation projects This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm and develop your career through a broad scope of innovative engagements, mentoring, and learning & development.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Led client engagement teams delivering transaction and transformation engagements in finance domain, supporting key client stakeholders and onshore partners
• Experience in business development efforts including client presentations, internal pursuits, and proposal creation in collaboration with Partners and Senior Leaders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EY offices worldwide, leveraging regional practices and insights to enhance delivery.
• Build and deploy high performing team on finance & accounting related engagements specially on finance technology domain
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following sectors e.g. TMT, CPR, Industrial & Energy, Life Sciences and Health Care
• Bridge business and technology, translating strategic finance requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
