About the role

Ramaiah Academy, the skill development hub under the Ramaiah Academy Foundation, bridges the gap between academics and industry through hands-on, industry-aligned training. It’s part of a larger ecosystem that includes the upcoming Ramaiah Dassault Innovation Centre, focused on preparing the next generation of skilled professionals.

The Academy is now hiring a Marketing & Placement Executive in Bengaluru, to lead initiatives connecting education with real-world opportunities across Automotive, Healthcare Wearables / Sensors, Embedded Systems, and IoT.

Role responsibilities

  • Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media, and create engaging content.
  • Generate leads, counsel students, and support enrolments.
  • Build partnerships with corporates, colleges, and placement agencies.
  • Execute events that enhance student engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collect market insights to shape programs and strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BE / B.Tech (mandatory), MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing & placement within education or skilling sectors.

    • Core Competencies

  • Strong industry networks and relationship-building ability.
  • Ownership of marketing, placement, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and reporting skills.
