Job Title : Manager - Investment Banking (Merchant Banking Division)

Location :  Delhi

Role Overview :

Seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking . The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial due diligence, valuation analysis, preparation of offer documents, and coordination with regulatory authorities and stakeholders for capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct financial due diligence and financial modeling for clients across sectors.

Lead and assist in drafting, preparing, and reviewing Offer Documents / IPO documents in line with SEBI regulations.

Liaise and coordinate with clients, SEBI, stock exchanges, legal advisors, and other intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Analyze client business models, financial performance, and associated risks to support strategic recommendations.

Assist in the finalization of Restated Financial Statements and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Maintain and update internal MIS and documentation for all ongoing assignments.

Provide advisory support to clients on Direct & Indirect Taxes, FEMA, SEBI Regulations , and Company Law / Secretarial matters in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Mandatory Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience :  2 to 4 years in Investment Banking / Merchant Banking / Corporate Finance .

Strong understanding of SEBI regulations , capital market processes, and IPO documentation.

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, transaction-driven environment.
