Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth marketing initiatives across India and Europe. This role will focus prioritized business segment and building sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive revenue growth in these critical markets. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that align with our aggressive expansion goals while working closely with sales, product, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies for India and Europe markets
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify high-value enterprise opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Design and implement scalable ABM programs targeting focused segments across India and EuropeBuild 1 : 1, 1 : Few, and 1 : Many ABM strategies tailored to regional market dynamicsPartner with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and tier target accounts based on revenue potentialCreate personalized, multi-channel campaigns for high-value enterprise prospectsDevelop account-specific content and messaging that resonates with key decision-makersEnterprise Marketing Leadership
Lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large enterprises, fleet operators and logistics companies.Develop sophisticated lead generation and nurturing programs for complex B2B sales cyclesCreate compelling value propositions for enterprise segments including employee transportation, logistics, oil & gas, and other key verticals.Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and thought leadersCampaign Management & Execution
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional mediaManage marketing automation platforms and ABM tools (experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or similar preferred)Coordinate integrated campaigns including content marketing, events, webinars, and direct outreachOptimize campaign performance through continuous testing and data analysisCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure marketing-sales alignmentCollaborate with market insights and wider marketing to develop region-specific messaging and positioningPartner with content marketing teams to create compelling, localized contentCoordinate with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting to local marketsAnalytics & Performance Management

Experience & Background
10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology companies, preferably SaaS or IoTP roven experience in growth marketing and ABM campaign managementDeep experience in enterprise marketing targeting large commercial accountsTrack record of driving significant revenue growth in international marketsTechnical Skills
Expertise with ABM technologies and platformsStrong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and attribution modelingExperience with multi-channel campaign management and optimizationStrategic & Leadership Capabilities
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in multiple geographic marketsStrong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and buying processesExperience building and scaling ABM programs from ground upExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsData-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategiesRegional Market Knowledge
