Job descriptionOwn packaging design : capsule / bottle artwork, dielines, and unboxing experience Design print collateral : brochures, pamphlets, posters, POS displays Create event materials and investor decks that feel premium yet scientific Work with suppliers on color matching, material specs, and regulatory requirements Build and maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries (Figma + Adobe CC) Partner on campaign concepting and creative briefs Translate performance data into design iterations Support web design needs (landing pages, banners) when required 1-3 years in brand / marketing design (agency or D2C experience strongly preferred) Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, performance ads, and brand work Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills with keen aesthetic sense Experience designing for social platforms and their specific formats / requirements Understanding of performance marketing metrics and how design drives results Ability to work at speed – concept to live asset in hours / days Motion graphics and 2D animation skills (After Effects) Basic video editing capabilities (Premiere / Final Cut) Agency background with exposure to multiple brands / categories Experience in wellness, beauty, or premium consumer brands Figma proficiency for collaboration Performance creative that consistently beats benchmarks (CTR, CPM, CVR) Unified brand presence that stands out in the longevity space Library of high-performing templates enabling rapid testing Social content that drives organic engagement and community growth Print / packaging that creates "wow" moments and social shares "Brand & Performance Designer – Your Name" in the subject line Portfolio link or PDF showing social / performance work (mandatory) Your best-performing ad creative and its metrics (if available) Which Varalife touchpoint you'd redesign first and why (3-4 lines)
About Varalife We're a longevity-nutrition startup turning cutting-edge aging science into daily nutrition and diagnostic tools. Backed by the University of Hyderabad (Startup India) & Karnataka's Elevate program, we're a lean, high-ownership team pushing the frontiers of cellular health.
Role Description Create thumb-stopping creative that converts. You'll own our visual storytelling across social, performance marketing, and brand touchpoints – translating complex science into compelling visuals that drive engagement and sales. This is 70% execution, 30% creative strategy, working directly with founders to build a legendary longevity brand.
What you'll do
Performance & Social Creative (≈50%)
- Design static and motion assets for Meta / Google ads that balance scientific credibility with scroll-stopping appeal
- Create daily social content : posts, stories, reels graphics, and carousels that educate and engage
- Edit short-form videos and create motion graphics for performance campaigns
- Rapidly iterate designs based on CTR, CPM, and conversion data
- Build templated systems for quick creative variations and A / B testing
