Financial Reporting Specialist

About this position :

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our organization and assist with financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities include running monthly reports from the agency management system, creating and maintaining standard journal entry lists, preparing reserve entries, and reconciling bank accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) must be updated weekly and sent to the controller for publication. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in a financial or accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas is highly desirable.
