Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lab QC Head with over 20 years of expertise in Food, Oil, and R&D environments . The ideal candidate will lead all laboratory and quality control operations, oversee product testing protocols, develop research initiatives, ensure compliance with international quality standards, and guide a team of analysts and technicians. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and deep hands-on experience in PCR, chemical analysis, microbiology, and product research .

Key Responsibilities : 1. Quality Control & Laboratory Management

• Lead and manage QC laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Implement and monitor testing protocols for chemical, microbiological, physicochemical, and PCR-based analyses.
• Ensure strict compliance with national and international standards such as FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and GMP.
• Review and approve analytical reports, COAs (Certificates of Analysis), and quality documentation.
• Develop, validate, and improve laboratory testing methods.
