We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to drive the development and evolution of web platforms and data-driven user experiences in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you will contribute across the technology stack—building features, improving system performance, and solving complex problems at the intersection of content, analytics, and data platforms. You will collaborate closely with design, editorial, research, and engineering teams while leveraging modern AI tooling to accelerate development and streamline workflows. This position offers the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, enhance technical best practices, and directly impact the performance and reliability of critical digital products. Accountabilities :

  • Build and maintain robust features across both frontend (Vue, Nuxt, TailwindCSS) and backend (Node.js, Bun.js, Nitro, PHP, Laravel, Postgres, GraphQL, Redis) systems.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to streamline coding, debugging, and documentation tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement scalable product experiences.
  • Integrate analytics, performance tracking, and logging to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Take ownership of membership, payment, and content access systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Set technical direction for frontend and backend architecture, promoting engineering best practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, pair programming, and CI / CD pipeline improvements.
  • Support QA processes, deployment workflows, and ongoing system enhancements.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in full-stack engineering, contributing to both frontend and backend projects.
  • Strong expertise in :
  • Frontend : Vue, Nuxt, Vuex, TailwindCSS, PWAs, SASS / SCSS, BEM, and responsive design principles.
  • Backend : Node.js (NestJS, Nuxt / Nitro), Laravel, Postgres, GraphQL, Redis / memcached.
  • Solid understanding of Git / GitHub workflows and remote collaboration practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling and Unix command line (Docker, Vagrant, or similar).
  • Knowledge of web analytics and performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience with modern payment and subscription systems.
  • Familiarity with ESP APIs and email workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have : crypto, DeFi, blockchain knowledge, AI-assisted development workflows, and experience with BI tools.
  • Legal right to work in India without sponsorship.
