Real Estate Accounting Specialist
A seasoned professional is required to oversee real estate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and financial policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in US property accounting, preferably commercial, with a minimum of 5 years as a manager or reviewer of detailed property-level financials and support.
- Review or prepare CAM reconciliation statements with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Prepare and review budget-to-actual variance analysis to ensure compliance with relevant financial policies.
- Follow established client bad debt policies and review accounts receivable and financials to guarantee compliance.
- Develop and review balance sheet support schedules (workpapers) with excellent organizational skills.
