Reporting Manager : Regional Director
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Performance (40%) : Analyze revenue, review employee performance, evaluate incentives.
- Compliance & Surveillance (20%) : Maintain client records, monitor trading activity, respond to surveillance matters.
- Business Improvement (20%) : Develop MIS, execute action plans, report to CEO, enhance productivity.
- Critical Tasks (20%) : Support yield improvement, implement client mapping, track expansion, update RDs.
